What is ALL IN August?

ALL IN August is a 5-week, back-to-basics reset designed to help you rebuild trust with your body and momentum in your life, without shame, overwhelm, or all-or-nothing pressure.

Each week, we go ALL IN on one of the five pillars of well-being:

You’ll be supported by a compassionate coach (that’s me!), a no-judgment community, and simple, doable check-ins to keep you focused and encouraged.

This is not about perfection. It’s about presence, progress, and picking one thing at a time to pour into, so that your habits actually stick, and your results actually last.

What are the dates?

Monday July 28th to Friday September 1st. No specific time you need to be available.

Where is the group?

Facebook! Facebook groups are my JAM. I keep them organized, fun, and engaging. If you aren't on Facebook feel free to make a profile without any identifying information just to join the group.

Is it open to anyone?

You do need to be 18 years old to join and reside in the United States.

What does it cost?

Many of my clients already have everything they need. When you fill out the form it will tell me exactly what you have already and what you still need to get. I will personally let you know your cost as soon as I read your response. If budget is a major constraint there will be a place to indicate that on the form and I will work with you directly to find solutions.
